What differentiates Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

Scarlet and Violet are distinct iterations of the same game, just like the original Pokémon games. Each iteration will have a few unique Pokémon as well as additional adjustments, like as new opponent trainers.

According to what we currently know, the player’s default attire will vary based on the game’s version, looking orange in Pokémon Scarlet and blue in Pokémon Violet. Depending on the version, different professors will give the player their starter Pokémon; in Violet, Professor Turo will do so, while in Scarlet, Professor Sada will do so.

What other Pokémon video games can I get on the Nintendo Switch?

Pokémon games are widely available on the Nintendo Switch, and they include both fresh installments in the series and updated versions of earlier titles. The first games in the main Pokémon series for the Switch were Pokémon Sword and Shield, whereas Pokémon Let’s Go! Remakes of games from the Game Boy era include Pikachu and Eevee and Pokémon: Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

The Pokémon spin-offs Pokémon Legends Arceus, New Pokémon Snap, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX are among the other recently published games in the series.
