Top 10 “American Idol” in 2022

On Sunday, May on ABC, the Top 10 contestants for Season 20 of “American Idol” will perform for the public’s vote. 
As the candidates sing Disney classic on the yearly fan favorite theme night, all-star judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie will advise the competitors.

1. Lady K

On August 10, 1996, she was born in Montomery, Alabama. Her favorite former students include Fantasia, Jordin Sparks, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Grace Kinstler, and Willie Spence. Her musical inspirations include SWV, Xscape, Monica, Brandy, Lauryn Hill, Faith Evans, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Erykah Badu, and Tamia. She remarked, “I remember when Kelly Clarkson won First Idol. And the most vivid memory is of my family swarming around the television to see Fantasia win.

2. Mike Parker

In Warrenton, Virginia, he was born on August 3, 1994. Joshua Ledet is his favorite album artist, and Jimmie Allen, Florida Georgia Line, Darius Rucker, Eric Church, Morgan Wallen, and John Legend are some of his musical influences.

He claimed his first Idol experience was Ruben Studdard’s victory in Season 2. When he won, I was in fourth grade and performed his song “Flying Without Wings” for my first talent competition.

3. Noah Thompson

He was born in Huntington, West Virginia, on April 18, 2002. Alejandro Aranda is his favorite album artist, and Ryan Adams, Neil Young, Zakk Wylde, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen, and Eric Church are among his musical influences.

4. Leah Marlene

On June 25, 2001, she was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She likes former performers Adam Lambert, Phillip Phillips, and Maddie Poppe. Her musical inspirations include Allen Stone, Tori Kelly, Coldplay, Sara Bareilles, Madison Cunningham, Sheryl Crow, and Journey.

“I may have seen a little of the David Cook season, but she said I truly recall the Kris Allen season.” Leah Marlene had a mentor for music right at home. Derry Grehan, her father, was the principal songwriter and lead guitarist for the Canadian rock band Honeymoon Suite.

5. Nicolina  Bozzo

It had been around for two years before she was even an idea, she revealed in her First Idol Experience. In my earliest memories, my sisters and I would watch audition after audition on YouTube and say things like, “Oh my God, I want to do that one day.” I aspire to become a vocalist.

6. Emyrson Flora

Emyrson Flora was born in 2005 in Cleveland, Ohio. Her musical influences are Taylor Swift, Adele, Olivia Rodrigo, Brandi Carlile, and Maggie Rogers. She set a record in the annals of idol history. She was given birth after American Idol went on air. Her entire life has been surrounded by music. My mother says that I generally danced when I was a baby and slept on a mat. My family has always been musical. 

In the backseat of the car, I’ve always listened to wonderful music, but I can’t sing or act like that. My mother claims that after hearing a song just once, I would start singing it nonstop the rest of the day. I made songs for my parents, pretending I knew how to play the ukulele she brought back from her trip to Hawaii.

When Flora was eight years old, her parents bought a piano because they knew her passion for singing. “I never viewed YouTube tutorials for learning the piano.

7. Christian Guardino

“I was perhaps two years old and my mum was babysitting me. When I was younger, the American Idol video game was a need, and I had a Nintendo Wii. I can’t get enough of the program. Although Guardino was raised in Philadelphia and has visited family in Italy, Long Island is where he was born. That’s because I had gene therapy there when I was 13 years old to regain my vision.

“Having watched on Sunday nights with my family and swiping my mom’s phone to vote are some of the best memories I have.” Fritz Hager must rely on his parents’ proof to remember his first musical memory: “I watched a video of me singing to the Wiggles when I was a year old.

I was four years old when I performed “Amazing Grace.” She performed at county fairs and talent showcases while growing up in a rural town.

10. Jay Copeland

He said, The first time I saw American Idol, Kelly Clarkson won. I viewed it with my household. One of the highlights was laughing at the auditions.
